Start a 'Change' Jar

Want to change the world with the change in your pocket?  Follow these 5 steps!

Step 1:  Determine a charity or cause that you are passionate about...

Step 2:  Find an old jar, coffee tin, vase - anything that can hold change.

Step 3:  Write down the name of the charity or cause the you have selected.

Step 4:  Every day, empty the change into your purse, pockets into the jar.  These are just the bits and pieces of leftover purchases that tend to fall to the bottom of your purse or drawer.

Step 5:  Once the jar is full (no time frame needs to be set unless you want to) - take it to the bank or a change machine and cash it into rolled coins.  Donate this amount to the charity written on the piece of paper leftover at the bottom of your jar.

These 'bits and pieces' of our leftover purchases, otherwise known as change - do very little when floating at the bottom of our purse or pockets... but when collected with a purpose of impacting something in a positive way in our jars - these 'bits and pieces' will 'change' the world.

Let it be your own special way of making a difference to the lives of others - and literally will take seconds and just a little bit of unused change each day!
